The direct answer to this question is no. However, you must remember we only have suppliers that either accept a secure form of payment (which means it can be disputed in the event of non-delivery of goods) or that have a proven track record of excellent service and supply of goods.

For these reasons we have very few issues with suppliers failing to supply goods to customers and in the rare event this does happen we will most certainly help you either get your money back or we will make direct contact with the supply to correct the situation for you.
